Some alterations are now being offered via a postal service.
Blue Jeans: Zip needs to be replaced as it’s broken, please replace like for like.
Blue Dress: Waist is too low, please take the waist up 1” all the way round
Brown Coat: The shoulders are too wide for my shoulders and the sleeves are too wide, please take in according to the diagram I have sent you.

I am not responsible for any water damage or other damage that occurs in the post. It is recommended that all items are sent via recorded delivery. Make sure that your name and the return address are included as well as a contact number
Please ensure you detail the alteration with measurements as well as any pinning/marking you do.
Once the item is received I will contact you to give you an approximate return date and to confirm the cost of the alteration. I aim to return any alterations to you within 2 weeks, but this can vary during busy times. If you need an item back by a certain date, please contact me ahead of sending and include this date in the details sent with the parcel.

Items are returned recorded delivery. Items are sent in biodegradable waterproof packaging. Postage is charged on top of the cost of an alteration and £1 is added to cover the cost of postage materials.
